In winter this is a very warm apartment with dual heating, heated flooring and two modern ceramic stoves.

You may find, if anything, the apartment too warm in winter.

In summer the high ceilings of 4.5m make for cool airy rooms.

"The apartment is big & airy with very high ceilings. Double doors lead into the rooms. You have views of the Gellert monument & also the local church which they illuminate. You can also see the Palace but you have to get up from the sofa to do that. Otto always leaves a bottle of red & white wine as part of the welcome pack & good stuff it is too. It is easy to get where you want to go, I am looking forwards to the hotel across the park being finished as it will offer a Turkish bath, swimming pool & breakfast, beauty treatments, massage etc. Its about a 2 minute walk. There is a grocery store next to the building entrance it is so convenient to pop in and get fresh eggs, tomatoes, bread etc..." Owner's comments

Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service
Towels and linen are included, property is cleaned once prior to your arrival, if staying for the week you can arrange for a midweek clean and change of laundry. Please mention it at time of booking.

20% Deposit, the balance 6 weeks prior to travel.
