Bedroom 1 with King size bed.
Living room with sofabed.

Bathrooms
Apartment shower room with toilet, shower and basin.

Kitchen
Hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.

Living Rooms
Lounge/dining/kitchen, TV, entertainment system with Radio, DVD, mp3. Double Sofabed, dining table, small bar top, desk, four chairs, all in solid matching Cherry wood furniture, air conditioning unit with remote control. Radiators throughout.

Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service
Towels and linen are included, property is cleaned once prior to your arrival, if staying for the week you can arrange for a midweek clean and change of laundry. Please mention it at time of booking.

Changeover day
We are happy to be as flexible as possible, but if we have other guests arriving on the same day then we will have to ask for you to be ready to leave by 11:00 am. No preferred changeover days.

Notes
Would suit a young family, or two couples, high standard of fitted furniture, light airy room. Fourth floor via apartment lift.

Booking notes

20% Deposit, the balance 6 weeks prior to travel.
If booking with less than 6 week notice then payment in full.
Security deposit of two cheques each for £100 held until your departure.
NO Stag or Hen parties.
